General terms and conditions:

Guarantee, warranty period:

The customer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately following deliv¬ery, provided this is possible in the regular course of business, or within 5 days at the latest.

Should defects be discovered in the product following delivery or within the warranty period, the customer is obliged to return the product in its originial or suitable packaging to the address of the supplier. The customer is entitled to repair or, if repair is impossible, to replacement free of charge within a reasonable period. If the same defect is not removed after the second repair customer has the right to reduction of the purchase price or a full refund.

In accordance with Croatian law, all our products are covered with a 12-month warranty.

Products specifically indicated are covered with 36-month warranty. For all products ordered and payed for that are not collected within 30 days we reserve the right to charge storage fees.

Payment terms:

For customer the payment is made after recieving suppliers invoice.

At first order we seek payment prior to delivery or a payement assurance document from the customer.

For late payement we reserve the right to charge penalty fee of 12% annually.

All prices include VAT at the applicable rate on the date of invoice.

All VAT taxable persons are required to submit their personal identification number – OIB on order form.

If any provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions and the contracts concluded on the basis of the same will not be affected. The ineffective provision will be replaced by an effective provision which comes as close as possible to the meaning and purpose of the ineffective one.
